The purpose of this document is to establish design standards and guidelines for storm drainage infrastructure within Heber City. This document also promotes uniformity among development design submittals and drainage reports.

The design criteria in this document are for use on public and private projects within the city. There are other adopted City documents that also reference requirements related to storm drain systems within the city. These documents include the Heber City Standard Specifications and Drawings, the Heber City Master Plans, and the Heber City Municipal Code. This document is designed to work in collaboration with these other stated references, however, in the case of discrepancies the more stringent standard will apply. All requirements and the intent of design requirements in this document shall be met unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer.
